Abstract
针对宁波城市积水可视化系统建设的匮乏,利用Openlayer结合arcgis server开发了城市积水可视化系统。采用openlayers开源技术，可以减少开发时间，提高开发效率。本文介绍了openlayer和arcgis地图服务的使用方法,并结合asp、 ms sqlserver、javascript等技术，实现了基于openlayers的webgis客户端开发方案。
