Abstract
This paper adopts a new type of voltage controlled memristor simulator which is easy to manufacture, the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the peak current controlled (PCC) buck converter with parallel load of memristor and resistance (MR) is studied. Firstly, the state equations of the (PCC) buck converter with (MR) parallel load under two switching states are derived and normalized; Secondly, the time sequences, phase orbit portraits and bifurcation plots are drawn by MATLAB, the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the system with varying system parameters is studied. Taking the reference current Iref as the bifurcation parameter, compared with the conventional load, it is found that the buck converter has a wider stable operating range with MR parallel load.
