Abstract
Aiming at the influence of randomness and fluctuation of high permeability wind power and photovoltaic output on power grid dispatching, a flexible optimization scheduling method of wind power - photovoltaic - photothermal integrated energy system was proposed.The regulation of the solar thermal power station with heat storage can be used to optimize the scheduling jointly with wind power and photovoltaic to reduce the wind and light abandonment of the system and improve the economy of the system.Consider integrated energy system flexibility requirements, the establishment of grid-connected wind power - photovoltaic solar-thermal joint optimization scheduling two-layer model, In the lower decision-making model, the flexibility index is introduced to represent the flexibility of the system, and the upper model is modified by judging the probability of insufficient flexibility of the system.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
