Abstract
The mode of load shedding control has changed from the traditional mode of centralized load shedding in substation to fast and precise control of interruptible branch load lines for users through the millisecond precision load control system. First of all, the article focuses on the overall architecture of the precision load control system and the functions of the various levels of load shedding devices. Then, the control strategy of the precise load control system is analyzed. Finally, combined with the overall joint test, the engineering application of the system is described. Field debugging tests show that the system not only meets the requirements of speed and safety of traditional stability control system, but also achieves the accurate control of interruption load for enterprise users, and improves the fine level of emergency load shedding control.
