Abstract
Hydrogen fuel cell air compressor plays an important role in hydrogen fuel, usually using an ultrahigh-speed permanent magnet motor as a power drive. Compared with the traditional motor, it has a wide range of working speeds, from thousands of revolutions, a minute to hundreds of thousands of revolutions a minute, and the working frequency is up to thousands of Hertz. Using silicon steel sheet data under standard operating conditions for the motor design will bring greater error. We selected0.05mm thick ultra-thin non-oriented silicon steel strip as the core material. We first studied the influence of high-frequency magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel sheets under service conditions. Secondly, the motor design is completed and its performance data are input into the simulation software to complete the calculation. Finally, the motor prototype was made with a 0.05 mm thick ultra-thin non-oriented silicon steel strip and tested. By comparing and analyzing the prototype test results and simulation results, it is found that there is a good consistency.
