Abstract
EnergyPLAN是一种平衡分析模型,广泛用于国家/省级综合能源系统。实际上,在分析中国北方以大型燃煤 热电联产电厂为主要来源 电热耦合能源系统 时, 评估结果与 实际情况存在偏差原因是 EnergyPLAN没有考虑机组承诺约束,用最小电网稳定份额”来表征稳定约束 是不合理的这方面  ,本文改进了EnergyPLAN模型,构建省级电力系统的均衡分析模型。该模型 更适用以大型燃煤机组为主的能源系统模型 考虑了机组投入约束,增加了火力机组动态聚合模块和燃煤机组启动能力决策模块 , 以日为周期燃煤机组最低电网稳定份额改为        火电最小运行出力 约束 更合理地刻画稳定性问题。研究基于 实际电网数据对这两种方法进行 了比较经验证,该模型更适用于中国北方 大型燃煤热电联产为主的热电 联系统
