Abstract
Conventional model predictive control (MPC) strategy is highly dependent on grid parameters. The mismatch of grid parameters and the nonlinearity of inverters will seriously affect the control performance of conventional grid-tied inverters. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a current predictive control strategy based on sliding mode observer (SMO) for T-type inverter. Firstly, according to the structure of T-type grid-tied inverter, a mathematical model considering lumped disturbance is constructed. Next, a synovial observer is designed to observe lumped disturbances. The purpose of predicting the current without relying on the grid parameters is achieved. The parameter robustness of grid-tied inverters is improved. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.
