Abstract
ESS(储能系统)具有控制灵活、吞吐能力大、响应速度快等诸多优点,可利用更大规模的可再生能源为系统频率稳定性提供强有力的支持。为了提高ESS的频率调节效果,提出一种基于FC(模糊控制)的改进型综合惯性控制策略。传统的下垂控制被模糊控制所取代,以提高整个过程的调节性能和适应性。采用SOC(充电状态)作为FC的输入,以考虑ESS的安全和稳定约束。此外,FC还用于在线调整虚拟惯性系数。该策略结合了综合惯性控制和自适应控制的优势,提高了ESS在不同工况下的频率支撑能力。最后, 通过仿真验证了所提出方法的可行性.
