Abstract
Affected by wind speed, wind power(WP) output has strong intermittent and fluctuation. The influence of uncertainty needs to be fully considered in power system dispatching. With the development of electricity power market, joint bidding of pumped hydro storage (PHS) station and renewable energy has become a trend. The PHS has the function of cutting peak, shifting load and promoting the consumption of renewable energy. In this paper, the combination of WP and PHS are allowed for rolling energy bidding in the day-ahead and intraday market. The weighted information gap decision theory (W-IGDT) is used to deal with the uncertainty of WP output. A WP-PHS joint dispatching model based on W-IGDT is proposed. According to the risk preference of decision makers, the risk-averse and risk-seek strategy are formulated. Finally, the results of case study show that the proposed strategy can allocate different scheduling plans according to the decision makers' risk preference, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.
