Abstract
The increase of electricity loads and the penetration of renewable energy sources are putting enormous pressure on grid operations and driving grid system operators to take more efficient and smarter measures to manage power flow. The technology of power electronic transformer (PET), as an emerging dynamic response power flow control technology, has been expected to become a solution for power flow control in the future. We propose a power electronic transformer-based to power flow regulation through an optimization strategy.
