Abstract
为服务能源系统绿色低碳转型,协调能源系统的可靠性、经济性和低碳,考虑退役动力电池的合理梯级利用,提出了一种多目标储能配置模型。以包含风能和光能资源的配电网络为研究对象。模型的优化目标是系统总成本、弃风弃光率和负荷缺电率,采用改进的差分进化算法求解。通过实例分析,对分布式发电和储能系统同时进行优化,验证了所采用的退役电池利用策略的合理性和改进算法的有效性。
