Abstract
With the increasing frequency and intensity of extreme events, the operation of power systems is seriously threatened. In the context of emerging resilient power grid, it is very important to improve the rapid recovery ability of power grid through resilient technology for the extreme disaster recovery of distribution systems. This paper proposes a multi-time step distribution system recovery method based on fault information acquisition after the blackout due to a natural disaster. The distribution system adopts a distributed multiagent coordination scheme for the communication requirements, and through the recovery scheme to generate a series of control actions to guide local distributed generations (DG) dynamically form microgrids to facilitate power supply continuity. In this paper, the problem is expressed as a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model to maximize the critical load pickup while satisfying self-sufficiency, topology, and operational constraints, and its effectiveness is evaluated via the modified IEEE 13-node test feeder.
