Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the output current and power are easily changed due to coil misalignment, a hybrid topology combining a series (SS) network with LCL-LCL network is proposed to transmit power in wireless power transmission system. The proposed hybrid topology has two groups of power transmission loops, which are used to transmit the fun-damental and third harmonic power respectively. Comparing with only transmitting the fundamental power system, the proposed hybrid WPT system can improve the output power. And due to the compensation characteristics of the hybrid topology, the current and power fluctuations can be effective-ly reduced at a certain misalignment range. In order to verify the correctness of the theory, an experimental prototype is built with an output current of 2A and an output power of 400 watts. The experimental results show that the coupling coeffi-cient varies from 0.53 to 0.63, the output current and power remain basically unchanged, whose fluctuation peak is 10% and 15%, respectively
