Abstract
The vibration and noise problem of induction traction motor has been widely concerned and studied in recent years. This paper focuses on the influence of low-order harmonics phase on electromagnetic force of induction motor. Firstly, the relationship between stator and rotor current phase with harmonics is analyzed qualitatively by equivalent circuit. Then, the electromagnetic force of an induction traction motor is studied. Using two-dimensional Fourier analysis, the main spatial order and frequency of electromagnetic force wave can be calculated. The variation of three main electromagnetic force waves with harmonic phases are analyzed. Finally, the vibration under different harmonic phases is obtained by finite element simulation. The results show that the relationship between electromagnetic force and motor vibration with harmonic phase is basically consistent under low spatial order.
