Abstract
This paper studied the dynamic stability in active distribution network’s off-grid process, which included dynamic rotor angle, frequency and voltage stability. From perspectives of theory and experiments, they both proved that an active distribution network which includes high percent of new energy generators could keep dynamic stable in its off-grid process under certain conditions, which lays the foundation for regional recovery of distribution network
