Aiming at the problems of low comprehensive utilization rate of corn straw and environmental pollution caused by large-scale combustion of corn straw, a technical scheme of biomass-straw treatment by gas discharge and discharge plasma technology was put forward in this paper, and a biomass straw liquefaction mechatronics device was developed. With the help of big data analysis platform, the influence of different parameters on biomass liquefaction was studied. At the same time, data of big data platform were used to optimize and upgrade the experimental device. The device includes: plasma power supply, gas mixer, the plasma conversion reactor, detection device, cyclone separator, condenser, gas collection device, big data analysis platform, etc. The thermal efficiency of biomass liquefaction products generated by this device can reach 48%, and the conversion rate of biomass-straw is owned by 90.4%. The solid, liquid and gaseous products after reaction can be reused. The device gets the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, and meets the requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
