Get the passengers' getting on and off points and analyze the time and space characteristics of passengers by processing and analyzing the data of the taxis trajectory in Xi'an for one week using Mysql. Mainly intercept the morning peak passenger flow data from 7:00 to 9:00 to get the attractive taxi travel routes by the tools of GIS and Cube, explore the shortage of the bus line layout by analyzing the bus lines between the routes. The bus route is optimized based on the taxi carring points, and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. The study found that the number of taxi trips reached its peak on Saturday. The improper layout of the bus lines and the low level of service have become the main reasons for the choosing of taxis.
