With the continuous development of road engineering, it constantly perfects and forms a road network structure in a certain area, and in the process of road networking, it will have an important impact on the ecosystem services value in the region. In order to realize the coordinated and effective development between road networking development and ecosystem, and to quantify the value of ecosystem service value in the process of road networking, and to interpret the main influence of road networking process on regional ecosystem service value. In this paper, study on the relationship between land use and vegetation cover index in the road networking. The regional ecosystem service value was evaluated from 2013~2018 have been established. Then the temporal and spatial differentiation law of regional ecological service value in the process of road networking is discussed, the result shows that road networking is negatively correlated with the total value of ecosystem services.
