As the most basic way for citizens to travel, the development degree of the service quality of urban public transport is directly related to the travel conditions of citizens and the overall development level of urban transport. To study the influence factors of city bus passenger satisfaction, the results of the survey on the satisfaction of regular bus passengers in Suzhou Kunshan were analyzed and studied. Then the reliability and validity of data were analyzed by SPSS. Next, a structural equation model was established to analyze the path coefficient between the latent variables of environment, safety, operation, convenience, price, passenger satisfaction and willingness, and to explore the main factors affecting passenger satisfaction. The results show that improving the bus operation service and environmental comfort can greatly improve the passenger satisfaction, thus effectively improving the willingness of passengers to take the bus and attracting passengers to use the bus, which is of great significance for promoting green travel and alleviating traffic congestion.
