Abstract
Regarding the point merge system's flight sequencing problem, there is no relevant research on the coordinated arrival and departure sequence under the multi-runway semi-mixed operation. To this end, this paper takes flight delays and air service time as the optimization goals. It establishes a coordinated scheduling optimization model for arrival and departure flights considering multiple runways' semi-mixed operation. This model introduces a holding pattern based on the classic PMS so that the capacity is expanded without increasing the angle and length of the sequencing leg. Taking Beijing Capital Airport's multi-runway semi-mixed operation as an example, the performance analysis of aircraft with different traffic densities and the sensitivity analysis of the objective function's penalty coefficient is carried out through simulation experiments. Experimental results show that the algorithm can well solve the problem of collaborative sequencing optimization of the aircraft.
