Abstract
The safety risks in the operation process of the long river-crossing tunnels were identified systematically and comprehensively, and the risk assessment index system was established by categorizing, merging and integrating the factors of people, vehicles, tunnels, environment and management. Combined with the safety science and system theory, the complex safety risk factors were refined. Then the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the index, and the gray correlation theory was used to analyze and calculate the value of the index. Some reference and ideas can be provided for the operation safety risk management of the long river-crossing tunnels.
