Driver's driving behavior is an essential factor affecting road traffic safety. In order to improve road traffic safety, studying the key influencing factors of unsafe driving behavior and its influence degree by using the results of the questionnaire survey. Firstly, according to the driving behavior theory, unsafe driving behavior is divided into non-compliance, misoperation, and negligence driving behavior. Based on the questionnaire data, determine the correlation test's impact factors, and then establish a multivariate disordered Logistic regression model based on its classification. By analyzing the regression model, it can obtain the key influencing factors and their influence degree. The results show that gender, driving style, single driving time have a significant influence on non-compliant driving behavior; Gender, driving experience, driving style, psychological quality of driving, and single driving time have a significant impact on driving behavior of misoperation, while female and lack driving experience are more likely to cause frequent operation errors. Besides, education background, age, and single driving time have significant effects on negligent driving.
