Abstract
Under the condition of network operation, the connection of the last bus directly determines the accessibility of passengers, which is of great significance. The fact that the demand of passenger flow is uncertain has not been taken into account in the existing studies. Taking the number of connecting passengers and the overall waiting time as the optimization objectives, this paper establishes a stochastic programming model considering the uncertain transfer demand by introducing Mean-CVAR criterion on the basis of the deterministic model, aiming to construct a more applicable connection scheme for the last bus. According to the characteristics of the model, an adaptive quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm with Monte Carlo simulation is designed to solve the problem. Finally, taking Shenzhen rail network as an example to make an empirical analysis. The results show that the model can effectively optimize the convergence situation, and can provide the corresponding decision-making basis for the operation Department in view of the uncertainty risk.
