Abstract
The traditional rail transit operation organization mode can no longer meet the development of transportation in infill development stage and the flexible needs of passengers. Especially in clustered city in mountainous areas, it is necessary to adopt a reasonable transportation organization scheme to achieve the matching of transportation capacity and passenger demand and the intensive use of rail transit resources. Firstly, this paper introduces the structural characteristics, transportation corridor patterns, rail transit layout patterns of clustered city in mountainous areas. The application scenarios and advantages and disadvantages of various operation organization modes in urban rail transit for such cities are analyzed. Next, according to the different spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of passenger flow, the corresponding rail transit operation organization mode is proposed. Finally, suggestions are made for the rail transit facilities and equipment required by the flexible operating organization model. Through the research on the flexible operation organization of rail transit, it will provide theoretical and technical support for the safe operation of rail transit and comfortable travel of passengers in clustered city.
