With the rapid development of rail transit, the investment of infrastructure equipment is constantly increasing, and the daily management and maintenance costs of spare parts are also increasing. How to purchase and store spare parts rationally has become a hot and key topic nowadays. Aiming at this topic, this paper firstly sorts out the management status quo of spare parts of rail transit and analyzes its existing management drawbacks. Then, based on the disadvantages of the present situation, the ABC spare parts classification method based on AHP model is proposed. Finally, according to this classification method, the purchase scheme and storage strategy of spare parts suitable for different situations are proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme greatly reduces the purchase cost and storage cost, and can provide ideas and schemes for the management research of spare parts in the industry.
