Abstract
In order to evaluate the service quality of urban public transit network accurately, this paper selects indicators from three aspects: line network distribution, service level and environmental influence, and establishes a bus network operation service three-level index evaluation system(TIES). Due to the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has strong subjectivity in determining weights, this paper uses the entropy method to optimize the weight determined, and proposes the entropy hierarchical fuzzy evaluation (E-FAHP) model more objective and comprehensive. Based on the 9 bus lines in a certain area of Xi'an, selecting indicators and using two models to evaluate. The result shows the E-FAHP is 78.26 and the hierarchical fuzzy evaluation (F-AHP) is 80.17, and comparison of the results find the environmental influnence occupied the same proportion as other aspects in E-FAHP. This research can provide a reasonable and scientific optimization for bus services and improve the attractiveness of public transportation.
