Abstract
The causes of high-speed railway failures are complex, and it is difficult to quantitatively and accurately describe safety evaluation. To ensure the safety of high-speed railway operations, we need to construct a high-speed railway operation safety evaluation index system from four aspects: personnel, equipment, environment, and management, and analyze inter-coupling relationship of various safety factors. Based on the evaluation index system, the use of network analytic hierarchy process (ANP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation will be used to establish a high-speed railway operation safety evaluation model. First of all, through investigation and reference research, establish a set of safety evaluation factors and a set of comments; then use the network analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each safety factor. Among them, the personnel management system and train signal and control system contribute the most to the safety of high-speed railway operations; finally, The evaluation matrix is established based on the statistical results of the expert questionnaire survey, and the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained through fuzzy transformation.
