Many cities around the China have developed Shared bicycle programs in recent years. Shared bicycle programs not only provide more user flexibility, but also decrease the environmental pollution. However, they have faced with many problems recently. The purpose of this research is to seek the influencing factors of willingness to use the shared bicycle in Nanjing City, the capital of Jiangsu Province, China. Data comes from a random sample survey selected 20 bus stations in Nanjing City from July to Aug 2019. Data were analyzed using statistics, correlation, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methods. The results showed that the overall willingness to use the shared bicycle in Nanjing is perceived as willingness in Nanjing City. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used and four service dimensions that influenced user willingness were identified. convenience, useful to choose the shared bicycle, security, and easy to use the shared bicycle.
