Abstract
The Greenway plays an important role in easing the traffic pressure, increasing green space, enhancing the overall image of the city and increasing the tourism influence. As a famous tourist city with many green ecological resources and humanistic foundation, Lhasa, a core city in Tibetan areas is the bast base for Greenway construction. The purpose of this paper is to propose the scientific site selection scheme of the first riparian greenway in Lhasa. It considered the specific conditions and characteristics of Tibetan and then set up the index system of Lhasa. The improved grey relation analysis method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to make up the defect of grey relation analysis where all of indexes are treated equal, and makes the selection more scientific. At last, the optimal location scheme of Lhasa Riparian Greenway is obtained, and the best plan is analyzed and suggested.
