Abstract
Based on task analysis and multi-resource theory, the tasks of urban rail transit dispatchers are analyzed, classified and decomposed. According to the daily task of the dispatcher, the workload model of rail transit dispatcher based on the time occupancy rate is established. Considering the individual differences in resource demand, the psychological resource supply parameters are introduced on the basis of the original model. In addition, when the dispatcher is working, there will be interference between different operation tasks, which will lead to resource conflict and increase the workload. Therefore, we add the load caused by resource conflict in the model, and then we get the final workload model of urban rail transit dispatcher. In order to verify the validity of the model, we use the central automatic train monitoring to simulate the dispatcher's work scene, and obtain the subjective evaluation and physiological index data for verification. The results show that the workload model established in this paper is in good agreement with the subjective evaluation and physiological measurement, and the validity of the model is verified. This helps to reduce operational risk and human error. At the same time, it is of great practical significance to improve the work reliability of subway dispatchers.
