Research on Multi-objective Optimization of Ride-hailing Pricing Model Based on NSGA-Ⅲ

Abstract
The ride-hailing industry has booming development in recent years, but its pricing standard still has many problems. By combing and analyzing the current situation of the ride-hailing industry, this paper established the corresponding objective functions and constraints through the demand side, the supply side, and the maximization of the benefit of the whole society and used the NSGA-Ⅲ optimal algorithm for multi-objective function. After that, the pricing model was applied in a case study of Xi’an. The result is considering the social lowest total cost or the passenger's lowest cost as the ultimate goal, the optimal solution for the unit price is 3.5 yuan/km mileage and the time unit price is 1 yuan/min, and the car-sharing rate is 0.12%. The optimal time unit price and the optimal mileage unit price in Xi’an is 0.6 yuan/minute and 1.4 yuan/km when considering the target as maximizing drivers’ revenue. For the multi-objective function, there is a Pareto optimal frontier, and based on that the paper gives a set of optimal solutions, which the mileage unit price is 3.5 yuan/km, and the time unit price is 1 yuan/minute.
