Dr. Wu is an associate professor and the vice director(Academic Affairs Office) of the Changsha University of Science & Technology. He focuses on the direction of urban road traffic control, he has undertaken 2 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and participated in a number of national programs such as major projects of Chinese Academy of Engineering. He has published more than 30 papers and 19 national invention patents as the first author. He has been selected as the outstanding young teachers of Hunan Province and served as the technical committee chairman of the World Transport Convention.
