Researcher Chen joined the Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport (RIOH) in 2006 to engage in research and engineeringconsulting in intelligent transportation focusing on v2x communication and ETC . During this period, she published more than 10 papers, participated in the design and consulting of hang Shaoyong ,Jingxiong and other smart expressway projects , and won one special prize of " Science and TechnologyAward China highway society " and one first prize of " Science and technology award of ChinaIntelligent Transportation Association "
