Dr. Ma received his M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Traffic Information Engineering and Control from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2009 and 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he was a postdoctor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Zhejiang University. Since 2015, he has been with the Institute of Marine Sensing and Networking, Zhejiang University.  His current research interests include intelligent transportation systems, traffic planning and management, and big data mining.
