The traffic management department of public security has gathered a large amount of traffic data, but the data value is not explored fully and the data utilization is insufficient at present. The knowledge graph is introduced into the traffic management in response to this deficiency, providing a method of extracting structured knowledge from massive data. Firstly, the current situation of the application of public security traffic management data and existing problems are analyzed. Secondly, the theory of knowledge graph is introduced, including the history of knowledge graph and the key technologies of knowledge graph construction. Then, the application of knowledge graph in the intelligence analysis of public security traffic management is deeply analyzed combined with the specific application scenarios. Finally, the thinking and prospects of the application of knowledge graph in the public security traffic management.
