Abstract
Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) with 90 days of curing time is always applied to estimate the long-term mechanical performance of the cement-stabilized macadam (CSM). But some strength prediction models are often not feasible for the diversification of mixtures. So the UCS tests were conducted for considering the increasing utilization of recycled aggregates (RA) and early agent. Then, this study established a relationship between 90d UCS and the time-strength data easily obtained, and the feasibility was determined by deviation and regression analysis conducted between calculated and tested values of CSM mixtures. The computed determination coefficients reach up to 94.7, with a maximum error (4.6%). And the calculations also greatly agreed with the other experimental results randomly selected from some publications. In conclusion, the results obtained were encouraging to use this model, with the possibility of reduction in test volume.
