Abstract
With the continuous development of expressways, the traditional toll model of expressways can not meet the original demand. With the abolition of provincial toll stations, the problem of toll collection will become more serious, so a new toll management model is urgently needed. In this case, CPC card replaced IC card as a new highway passage voucher, which can perfectly solve the problem of charging for ambiguous road segments. However, the high cost makes its allocation more and more important. In order to solve the problem of CPC card allocation, this paper proposes a feasible CPC card allocation method. The results of ant colony algorithm and tabu search algorithm are compared to verify the superiority of tabu search algorithm. First, determine the profit and loss situation of each station after determining the allocation period, and calculate the initial card carrying amount according to the profit and loss situation. Secondly, the whole shortest circuit problem is regarded as the TSP problem, and the tabu search algorithm is used to obtain the shortest circuit connecting all the stations and the number of vehicles required when the coordinates of the stations need to be allocated. Finally, the vehicle starts from the dispatching center, carries a certain amount of card, supplements the company that lacks the card on the road, and the company collects the card, completing the whole dispatching process.
