This study uses Monte Carlo simulation of composite insulators' electron beam irradiation process to simulate energy deposition and backscattered electrons (BEs) inside composites with complex geometries. This simulation provides a simulation idea for simulating the parameters and conditions set for the electron beam irradiation process of a complex material or device. The simulation simplifies the shape model of insulators, the physical model of electron transport in solids combines the Mott cross-section of electron elastic scattering and the software-integrated dielectric function method of electron inelastic scattering to present the particle statistics of irradiation in a spectrogram, and the electrons at 4000-5000 keV are more suitable for insulator irradiation processing based on comparison and theoretical analysis.
