Voltage deviation is one of the main indicators to evaluate power quality, an important parameter to ensure the safety, stability and economic operation of the power grid. Aiming at the voltage control of Hunan Power Grid, the basic situation of voltage control in Hunan Power Grid is introduced, and the problems in voltage control on the main grid side and the distribution grid side are analyzed. Finally, according to the operating characteristics of Hunan Power Grid and the continuous increase in the proportion of renewable energy. Some solutions and suggestions are put forward in the aspect of voltage control in this paper.
