Abstract
This paper proposes a distributed resource aggregation grid partitioning method based on association discovery algorithm, which divides distributed resource aggregation sub-regions at the wide area level of the distribution network, divides distributed resource aggregation in grid areas at the line side of the 10kV distribution network, and carries out autonomous control at the low-voltage side with station areas as units. On the basis of the former, a three-tier active distribution network control architecture system is built with "autonomous control in the station area, mutual assistance in the grid and coordination and optimization in the cloud centre"[1]. This system breaks through the existing two-tier structure of distribution control centre - collection and control equipment, and allows for flexible interplay between stations or grids according to the dynamic division of distributed resource aggregation.
