Abstract
It is necessary to test the step response of the inductive magnetic field sensor, which is used to verify the dynamic response of the sensor. In this paper, 100A square wave current source is developed. The overall parameters of the loop, coaxial cable, main switch and auxiliary device are designed. Through compact coaxial structure design, the rise time of square wave current source measured by impact shunt is less than 2.8ns. A coaxial metal outer box is designed for the inductive magnetic field sensor, and the step response test of the hollow Rogowski coil is completed.
