Abstract
The reactor is widely used in power system. Its main function is to limit the high current of the system and compensate the distributed capacitance current of the system. For reactors, the accuracy of core loss calculation is always a difficult problem, especially the calculation of yoke loss. The magnetic circuit of single-phase four-column core structure is relatively complex, and there are many influencing factors. The magnetic field distribution of main yoke, side yoke and side column is also different, and there are harmonic components. It is difficult to calculate the yoke loss accurately by traditional manual method.
In this paper, a calculation method of magnetic density and loss of iron yoke for single-phase four-column reactor is proposed. In other words, the yoke loss is calculated by setting up the magnetic flux instantaneous equations, establishing the objective function, using cyclic iteration, linear interpolation, Fourier series decomposition and other solving methods, and using software programming to realize data acquisition and processing, and finally realize the calculation of the yoke loss. The difference between calculated value and measured data is small, which meets the requirements of engineering calculation.
