Abstract
The oil flow relay is an important protection device for the transformer. Once a fault occurs, it will not be able to grasp the status of the transformer in time, which will bring huge hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper introduces a fracture fault of the oil flow relay baffle, mainly through the three-dimensional simulation software to simulate the force of the baffle under different defects, and analyzes that the design structural defect is the main reason for the fracture. By optimizing the structure, a better oil flow relay model is proposed. It also provides ideas for the same type of failure analysis.
