Abstract
In this paper, the electrothermal finite element model of snake laying is established, and the electrothermal characteristics of steady-state and periodic load under the condition of snake laying are analyzed; The thermo mechanical finite element model is established, the stress and strain of each layer of cable structure are extracted, and the yield condition is analyzed. The results show that the thermomechanical effect of cable under snake laying mode is related to cable length, fixing mode and bending radius; The larger the cable spacing length, the more serious the thermomechanical accumulation phenomenon, the greater the strain and stress of the thermomechanical effect at the fixed position of the cable, the more serious the cable bending, and the greater the deformation of the thermomechanical effect cable body. When actually laying the cable, try to avoid local cable buckling, resulting in irreversible deformation.
