Abstract
With the development of large-scale cable construction of distribution network in China, the application scale of distribution network cable equipment in urban power grid is increasing. With the advantages of reasonable volume, simple installation and wide application range, cold shrinkable cable joint has become the main form of distribution cable joint at present. However, due to the composite interface and electric field stress concentration in the cold shrinkable joint, it has become a weak link of cable insulation and a typical part of operation failure. Measuring and mastering the pressure distribution law of the insulation interface is very important to ensure the safety of the system.
In this paper, the shape variables of different cold shrinkable cable joints and the elastic modulus of silicone rubber materials are tested, and the calculation model of interface pressure distribution of distribution cable joints is studied and established by using finite element analysis software.Then the relationship between interference and interface pressure and the distribution of interface pressure along the axial direction are analyzed.
Finally, an interface pressure detection method based on flexible thin film sensor bending force compensation algorithm is proposed.
Through this study, the internal interface pressure distribution of cable joint is obtained, and the matching performance of cable accessories is tested and evaluated.
