Abstract
制备了SiC/环氧树脂微复合材料,并在交流电压下对复合材料进行电晕老化,研究了不同电晕老化时间对复合材料电性能的影响。FTIR光谱表明复合材料的降解主要是由醚键断裂引起的。介电光谱表明电晕老化导致相对介电常数和损耗角正切降低。直流电导率测量表明,老化导致电流密度增加,非线性电导特性增强。击穿强度的威布尔分布表明,随着老化时间的增加,击穿强度的尺度参数先增大后减小。
