Abstract
钛酸钡复合材料作为一种机电介电材料,在电子器件的热控制和储能方面具有广阔的应用前景。近年来,钛酸钡作为填料在绝缘基材中的应用越来越受到重视。然而,高居里温度和介电性能不符合热控制和绝缘应用的要求。本工作采用固相反应法制备了Ba 0.7- x Sr 0.3 Y x TiO 3 ( x =0.08, 0.16, 0.24, 0.32, 简称BYST)陶瓷。掺杂不同锶含量的目的是为了转移BaTiO的居里温度3基陶瓷至常温区域,保持BaTiO 3优异的PTC效应和高频介电稳定性在降低材料成本的前提下,通过掺杂极少量的半导体元素Y,研究了烧结温度对BYST陶瓷微观结构和介电性能的影响。X射线衍射表明,所有陶瓷均具有纯钙钛矿结构,BYST陶瓷具有致密的微观结构,平均晶粒尺寸为2 μm。晶格常数、晶胞体积和四方比随Sr和Y的稀土元素的掺杂浓度而变化,介电常数和损耗角正切也有显着变化。观察了微结构和介电性能最佳值的相关行为,适用于热控制应用和绝缘基板掺杂要求。
