Paper Submission

1. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 pages, in the form of PDF file to the conference electronically through the following link.
2. Each paper must be original and unpublished work, has not been submitted for other publication elsewhere.
3. All papers submitted must follow the IEEE Conference format.
4. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.
5. If a paper is accepted, at least one author needs to register and present the paper.

Step 1.

Your final paper should follow the Full Paper Template:

The length of final paper should be no more than 4 pages, including figures, tables and references. To be noted, additional pages are required to pay extra processing fee.

Step 2.

Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

First-time users should do the following:

1.Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2.Enter the following:

• 53725X for the Conference ID

• your email address

• a password

3.Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 3.

Upon conversion, please make submission and upload the PDF file to http://www.ichve2022.org/login.html
