On-street parking helps solve the problem of "difficult parking". This study constructed a 500m grid, applied on-street parking information data and POI data, described the built environment "5D" factor from the view of space-time, obtained the periodic characteristics of on-street parking behavior, and analyzed the impact of built environment factors in three time dimensions on the average parking time. Results show the influence of the “5D” factor of built environment on the average parking time is heterogeneous in time and space. By constructing a periodic index of on-street parking behavior, based on on-street parking order data, this paper calculates the periodic index of on-street parking behavior in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, depicts the built environment factors from the perspective of space and time, and explores objective built environment factors. The impact mechanism on on-street parking behavior provides a scientific and effective reference for the planning and management of related parking facilities.
