Abstract
At present, BIM technology is widely used in building construction, but the application study in bridge engineering, especially in swivel construction of continuous beam bridge, is still in its infancy. This paper takes swivel construction of super major bridge for Tongliao passenger dedicated railway crossing 304 National Road and Dazheng railway as an example, using BIM core software Revit and Navisworks Manage to study and realize the rapid creation of a parametric model of the bridge by data file driving method. After the establishment of the complete model of the bridge and rotating system, the research has been carried out from the aspects of 4D construction simulation, collision checking, auxiliary measurement, 3D technical disclosure, calculation of engineering quantity and carbon emissions. The research results show that BIM technology can realize the visual display of the bridge swivel construction stage, and provide an intuitive and accurate reference for surveying personnel. BIM technology can not only quickly find errors in drawings, but also improve the calculation efficiency of engineering quantity and carbon emissions, which can effectively speed up the construction progress, save costs and ensure quality. This article can provide a reference for similar projects.
